TaxDays LLC ("we", "us") operates the TaxDays mobile application. This policy explains how we handle your information.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
TaxDays stores your trip records, dates, and settings primarily on your device. If you enable cloud sync, this data is also stored as described below, scoped entirely to your own account — TaxDays LLC does not access, read, sell, or share your data with third parties.
On iOS, if you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit, under Apple's privacy and security policies. TaxDays LLC has no access to this data.
On Android, cloud sync is powered by Google Sign-In and Firebase (Firestore). If you choose to sign in with Google to enable sync:
On iOS, subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. On Android, subscriptions are processed via Google Play Billing. In both cases, we use RevenueCat to manage subscription status; RevenueCat may receive anonymized transaction and subscription-status data to support this. We do not collect or store your payment card information ourselves.
We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage behavior.
You can delete your cloud-synced data at any time from within the app's Settings screen. Deleting your data removes it from our cloud storage (iCloud or Firebase, depending on platform). Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete cloud-synced data — use the in-app delete option first if you want it removed.
TaxDays is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
